Senior Executive/Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager- Facility

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager- Facility to oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with prior experience in facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations of office facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of all services (housekeeping, pantry, security, maintenance, and front office).

· Ensure adherence to safety and security standards in the workplace.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.

· Manage office assets, supplies, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost optimization.

· Handle seating arrangements, space planning, and support employee relocations.

· Prepare and manage facility budgets, reports, and documentation.

· Assist in planning and execution of events, conferences, and internal programs.

· Lead a small team of facility and housekeeping staff, ensuring training and productivity.

Skills & Competencies:

· Graduate in Administration/Facilities Management/Hotel Management or any similar field.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Knowledge of facility management systems, safety regulations, and vendor management.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
