Job Description
  • Effectively manage the operations activities in the organizations by implementing the right operations processes including sourcing and procurement of materials.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and payments.
  • Maintain proper supply levels by monitoring inventory, reordering points, and coordinating with buying,to reduce damages and losses, and ensure that inventory is stored, handled, and moved efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing vendors and suppliers while actively seeking out future suppliers and vendors with whom a long-term collaboration is possible.
  • Serve as a communication hub for management, employees, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement and manage a database, report, and spreadsheet system to ensure that order, financial, and other important data are accurate and easily accessible.

Requirements Skills & Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors .
  • Must be experienced in industrial chemical procurement
  • Excellent time management skills for timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Excellent knowledge of import, export, and foreign procurement of goods.
  • Ability to work comfortably with large and complex datasets in Excel.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field, in addition to a bachelor's or master's degree in technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of Operations and Procurement.

Application Process:

  • Carefully understand the requirements and send us the list of interested candidates along with their Resumes.

  • On receipt of the application, the HR Team shall send a simple quick questionnaire to move forward to the evaluation process.

  • There will be a Personal Interview and skill test of shortlisted candidates after the evaluation of the questionnaire.

  • Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.

  • Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin and job roles will be assigned.
