Our finance and operations functions are a crucial part of the business, tracking our investment deals and providing key information that supports company-wide decision making. As a Finance & Operations Associate, you’ll be working on:


  • Investment deals: responsible for providing a live picture of how deals are progressing - updating and maintaining deal workbooks, tracking commitments and funds received, support in deal closing.
  • Daily bank reconciliations for new investments.
  • Closing reports on deal P&L. 
  • Monthly financials: processes financials or manage external accountant, create monthly finance pack.
  • Maintain various monthly systems including investor database, partnership schedules, etc
  • Create wiki/Notion to document all processes




Ideally you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in finance or accounting 
  • Most important is you need to quickly understand tasks
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Ambition to move from associate to running the finance/ops function
  • Accounting experience is a plus
