Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) , including user identity, authentication, and group policies.Support and maintain

SharePoint Online

and on-premises environments, ensuring seamless collaboration and document management.Diagnose and resolve escalated server and system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Perform routine server maintenance, updates, and patching to ensure compliance with organizational and security standards.Assist in system migrations, upgrades, and deployments across Office 365 and Azure environments.Monitor and optimize system performance using monitoring tools and proactively address potential issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.Document incidents, problem resolutions, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing.Mandatory Skills :Office 365 Administration : Proficiency in managing O365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) : Strong expertise in user and group management, identity synchronization, and role-based access controls.SharePoint Administration : Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, including site management and troubleshooting.Server Support (L2 & L3) : Extensive experience in managing, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated server-related issues.System Monitoring Tools : Familiarity with tools like Microsoft System Center, SolarWinds, or similar for proactive monitoring.Desired Skills :Knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS).Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and task optimization.Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.Strong documentation and communication skills for knowledge sharing and collaboration.Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam or Azure Backup for data protection and recovery.
