Role Purpose:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Trainee to join the Wellness Team at Septa Health Solutions Team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in operations and wellness initiatives. The trainee will support the daily functioning of the team, assist in project execution, and contribute to reporting MIS and presentations.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Team.- Coordinate wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel.- Maintain records and trackers for ongoing wellness activities.- Support internal communication related to wellness campaigns.- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups for wellness-related services.- Conduct basic data analysis and generate insights to improve team efficiency.- Participate in planning and execution of events, workshops, and seminars.Key Requirements:- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or a related field.- Experience: 0–2 years- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint.- Strong command of spoken and written English.- Highly organized with an ability to multitask.Soft Skills:- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Team player with a proactive approach.- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
