Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Trainee to join the Wellness Team at Septa Health Solutions Team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in operations and wellness initiatives. The trainee will support the daily functioning of the team, assist in project execution, and contribute to reporting MIS and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Team.
- Coordinate wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Maintain records and trackers for ongoing wellness activities.
- Support internal communication related to wellness campaigns.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups for wellness-related services.
- Conduct basic data analysis and generate insights to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in planning and execution of events, workshops, and seminars.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask.
Soft Skills:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
