Role Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Trainee to join the Wellness Team at Septa Health Solutions Team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in operations and wellness initiatives. The trainee will support the daily functioning of the team, assist in project execution, and contribute to reporting MIS and presentations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Team.Coordinate wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS Power Point and Excel.Maintain records and trackers for ongoing wellness activities.Support internal communication related to wellness campaigns.Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups for wellness-related services.Conduct basic data analysis and generate insights to improve team efficiency.Participate in planning and execution of events, workshops, and seminars.Key Requirements:Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or a related field.Experience: 0–2 yearsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and Power Point.Strong command of spoken and written English.Highly organized with an ability to multitask.Soft Skills:Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Team player with a proactive approach.Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
