Role and Responsibilities:

- The person will be responsible in managing the entire lifecycle of a product from strategy to concept to commercialization. Which includes formulation, cross-functional work, product innovation, strategy, forecasting, and more.- Manage project management & networks for new launches.- Work with extended stakeholders like packaging vendors & contract manufacturers on product commercialization.- Develop launch plan and networks with marketing team.- Keep up with market trends, consumer preferences to drive new product innovation.

Experience Required:

- Experience in FMCG sales across both GT & MT channels.- Experience in personal care categories preferred.- Experience in NPD is clear plus for the role.- Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty.- Hungry for disproportionate growth.

Performance Indicators:

- Revenue from NPD Projects.- On-Time project delivery.- Product quality rating & feedback.
