Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Training Manager at Value RCM Solutions. The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff, conducting performance assessments, and identifying training needs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Training Program Development, Performance Assessment, and Needs Analysis skills- Experience in designing and delivering training content- Knowledge of healthcare operations and medical billing processes- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field- Must have experience in leading/managing Training department for at least 5 years- Training certification (e.g., CPTM, ATD) is a plus
