Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & Non-Tech) Location: Sec 3, Noida Experience: 2–4 Years Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA in HR preferred About the Role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & Non-Tech) who can drive hiring across revenue, operations, central functions, and technology teams. You will play a key role in building high-performance teams that directly influence revenue, delivery, engineering efficiency, product quality, and customer experience—while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities: End-to-End Hiring Manage full-cycle recruitment for both Technology roles (developers, QA, product, data, IT support) and Non-Tech roles (sales, operations, marketing, HR, finance, support). Work closely with hiring managers to understand role context, success metrics, and must-have vs good-to-have skills. Sourcing & Pipeline Management Build sourcing plans using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, communities, databases, and referrals. Create strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical roles. Screening & Evaluation Conduct structured screening calls to assess communication, technical depth (for tech roles), problem-solving, ownership, and culture fit. Explain role expectations and growth path clearly to candidates. Interview Coordination Work with recruitment coordinators to schedule interviews and assessments. Ensure candidates and interviewers always know next steps and timelines. Offer Management Run offer discussions, negotiations, and expectation-setting with clarity and transparency. Maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. ATS & Reporting Keep the ATS updated with status, next steps, and feedback. Share crisp weekly updates on open positions, funnel health, potential joins, and hiring risks. Projects & Employer Branding Support referral drives, micro-employer branding efforts, and hiring experiments for niche or hard-to-fill roles. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles in fast-moving or hypergrowth environments. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and the ability to prioritize multiple roles effectively. Comfortable interacting with frontline agents, engineers, team leads, managers, and leadership. Highly organized with strong follow-through—ensures every candidate receives timely updates. Proficient with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace. Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and enjoys creating structure.
