Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Lead. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge SaaS solutions in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and foster lasting customer relationships.
- Revenue Generation: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent growth.
- Market Insight: Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Institutional Sales – Minimum of 3-8 years of sales experience successfully selling services at the C-level with 3+ years of direct sales management experience.
Preferred Industry: ETS, FMCG, Insurance.
Requirements:
- Total comfort demonstrating Full-stack solutions and discussing them with business leaders
- Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas in a complex sales environment
- Experience in territory management and planning, at the regional and account levels
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required
- Willing to travel as needed throughout the region
- Should have handled CAT A customers in the past.
