Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive enrollment and revenue growth in executive education programs.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, universities, government organizations, and professional associations.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to tailor programs that meet the needs of clients.
- Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of executive education programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or executive education sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the education, corporate training, or professional development sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working across multiple countries in the Middle East & Africa region.
- Ability to travel as required.
