We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Executive Education Programs across the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2 B sales, business development, and relationship management within the education or professional training industry. This role involves strategic outreach, partnership development, and revenue generation through corporate engagements, universities, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive enrollment and revenue growth in executive education programs.
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, universities, government organizations, and professional associations.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to tailor programs that meet the needs of clients.
Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of executive education programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in B2 B sales, business development, or executive education sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the education, corporate training, or professional development sector.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working across multiple countries in the Middle East & Africa region.
Ability to travel as required.
