Role & responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring:HR is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Compensation and Benefits:HR manages employee compensation and benefits packages, ensuring fair and competitive pay and access to benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development:HR develops and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth and development.
- Performance Management:HR oversees performance evaluations, provides feedback, and manages performance improvement plans.
- Compliance:HR ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, including workplace safety, equal opportunity employment, and other relevant policies.
- Employee Engagement:HR develops and implements strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
