Now we are looking for a Recruiter , you will be a part of our Global HR team.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Recruiter who will ensure candidates have an exceptional experience throughout our recruitment process. We're looking for a skilled communicator with a keen understanding of people, capable of developing and executing top-tier hiring strategies.

Your Impact on the Mission:

  • Managing recruitment efforts for two streams - local tech team and HQ global positions.
  • Collaborating and building relationships with local hiring managers and CEOs.
  • Delivering hires across tech and non-tech roles to support company's global expansion.
  • Refining and developing the interview process to enhance assessment quality while optimizing the candidate experience.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, positioning Noventiq as the employer of choice.
  • Managing the offer process and securing candidates.
  • Consistently ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Applying modern sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Supporting HQ team in global HR projects.

What You’ll Bring to The Table – About You:

  • 1+ years of proven work experience in the recruitment field.
  • Experience with ATS.
  • Tech or global talent acquisition background is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills (written and oral).
