As an EMEA Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition strategy across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, including [mention specific areas like Sales, Engineering, Marketing, etc.]. Your goal will be to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the EMEA region, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Proactively seek out diverse talent and develop strategies to support our diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date with market trends and competitive hiring practices within the EMEA region.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand and presence in the EMEA region.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and regulations within the EMEA region.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for multiple functions, such as IT, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in various EMEA countries.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
