Job Overview We are seeking a driven and skilled Sales Officer to join our team at SHEETAL COOL PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Sales Officer will be stationed in one of the following job locations: Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, or Anand. The role involves driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and drive sales results within the competitive food industry. Exceptional communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with clients, customers, and team members. Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and nurture long-term client partnerships. Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends. In-depth product knowledge to effectively promote and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace. Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Skill in closing deals efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting company sales targets. Strong time management to prioritize tasks and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities that enhance the company's market presence and achieve targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales team to establish and implement effective sales plans that align with business objectives. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of our offerings. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and enhance competitive edge. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales performance and skills. Prepare regular reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and future projections. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while conducting sales activities.
