**Junior Sales Officer JD/Sales Officer**
- Achieve sales of budgeted Manufactured and Bulk traded fertilisers
- Achieve sales of budgeted target for Speciality and Natural fertilisers
- Achieve 100% sales against target for the given geographical territory

**Key Accountabilities for the position**
- Execute Dealer wise, product wise, month wise sales plans
- Submit Proposal for appointment of dealers
- Ensure that issues raised by the dealers are addressed in a timely manner

**Educational Qualifications**
- B.Sc. Agri / M.Sc.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in sales / marketing in Agri inputs, preferably pesticides
- Knowledge of products, rural markets, agriculture and farmers
