The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to meet current and future workforce needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with department heads and HR leadership, drive TA strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


TA Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive TA strategies to meet business objectives and fill positions with high-quality candidates.
  • Identify effective sourcing methods, including online platforms, job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Monitor and analyze TA trends and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.


End-to-End Talent Acquisition Management:

  • Manage the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored Talent Acquisition plans for each role.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates to enhance the candidate experience.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR business partners, to understand business requirements and align Talent Acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Talent Acquisition matters, including market insights, salary trends, and talent availability.


TA Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key TA metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize TA processes and improve overall hiring efficiency.


Employer Branding:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Communication and HR teams to develop and promote the company's employer brand.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and Talent Acquisition campaigns to attract top talent and showcase the organization's culture.


Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure all TA activities are compliant with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve TA processes, leveraging new tools, technologies, and best practices.


Key Requirements:


Education and Experience:

  • MBA in HR
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in recruiting across various functions, including technical and non-technical roles.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of TA best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing TA professionals.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize TA strategies.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
