
Business Development Manager

Core Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Client Retention
Drive sales from existing OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients (e.g., automotive, lighting, consumer electronics).
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
New Business Development
Identify and onboard new clients across verticals like Automotive, embedded systems, IoT, and industrial automation.
Develop strategic partnerships with global suppliers and channel partners.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors, TFTs, Touch panels, ICs).
Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on segment insights.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Support logistics and supply chain optimization for timely delivery and compliance.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
- Present performance metrics to leadership and suggest course corrections.
