• Responsibilities:
o Client Engagement:
 Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the studio and create a welcoming atmosphere.
 Assist new clients with registration, waivers, and orientation to the studio facilities.
 Engage with clients to understand their fitness goals, preferences, and if any specific needs or concerns.
 Provide personalized recommendations for classes, packages, and services based on client requirements.
o Client Communication:
 Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for information, and appointment bookings.
 Follow up with clients after their visits to gather feedback and address required concerns or questions.
 Inform clients about upcoming events, promotions, and special offers to encourage continued engagement.
o Client Retention:
 Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating genuine interest, empathy, and professionalism.
 Recognize and acknowledge client milestones, achievements, and loyalty to the studio.
 Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
 Implement retention strategies, such as loyalty programs or referral incentives, to encourage repeat business.
o Client Experience Enhancement:
 Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.
 Coordinate with instructors and other staff to personalize client experiences and ensure seamless service delivery.
 Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
 Assist with the organization of special events, workshops, and community initiatives to enrich the client experience.
o Brand Ambassadorship:
 Represent the studio brand positively and professionally in all interactions with clients and external stakeholders.
 Promote the studio's mission, values, and unique selling points to prospective clients.
 Uphold the studio's reputation for excellence in Pilates instruction, customer service, and community engagement.
 Actively engage with clients on social media platforms to share studio updates, testimonials, and success stories.
