Position:Business Analyst(PreSales) ExperienceLevel: 01year
JobSummary: We areseeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as aBusiness Analyst (PreSales). This entrylevel position offers anexcellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical andcommunication skills to kickstart their career in the field ofbusiness analysis and presales. As a Business Analyst (PreSales)with 01 year of experience you will work closely with the sales andproduct teams to understand customer requirements analyze businessneeds and contribute to the presalesprocess.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborateand Generate leads with the sales team to gather and understandcustomer requirements for potential projects orproducts.
  • Assist in preparing and deliveringengaging presentations product demonstrations and proposals toprospective clients.
  • Conduct market researchand competitor analysis to identify potential businessopportunities and market trends.
  • Analyzecustomer needs and business problems to identify potentialsolutions and provide recommendations.
  • Assistin creating and maintaining sales collaterals including productdocumentation case studies andpresentations.
  • Prepare and contribute to RFP(Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation)responses.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including sales product management and development to ensurealignment between customer needs and productcapabilities.
  • Participate in client meetingsworkshops and presentations to gather requirements and provideinsights.
  • Assist in creating and maintainingcustomer relationship management (CRM) records anddatabases.
  • Stay updated with industry trendsmarket developments and competitive landscape in the relevantdomain.
  • Support the sales team in thenegotiation and closing of deals including contract review andpricingdiscussions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration management or a related field ispreferred.
  • Basic understanding of businessanalysis principles and practices.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret customerrequirements.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively present information andideas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and abilityto build rapport with clients and internalstakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and theability to work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Proficiency in usingproductivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such asSalesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Passion fortechnology and the ability to quickly learn about new products andindustry domains.
  • Any prior experience orinternships in business analysis presales or customerfacing rolesis a plus.
  • Ability to travel for clientmeetings and industry events asrequired.
