We foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.About the RoleThe Head of Sales will be responsible for driving retail and digital sales initiatives to meet business growth objectives. This role involves leading a large team and developing effective sales strategies across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales (Direct-to-Customer) and Digital Sales initiatives to meet business growth objectives. Also channel and distribution salesLead and manage a large team comprising Relationship Managers (RMs), Relationship Officers (ROs), Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs), Field Sales Executives, and Telecallers.Develop and manage sales strategies across digital platforms and fintech partnerships.Ensure consistent lead generation through digital channels and achieve strong conversion ratios.Monitor and enhance AUM generation through effective sales execution.Maintain robust MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to management.Drive data-based analytics for performance monitoring, decision-making, and improving sales efficiency.Ensure the team is performance-driven, motivated, and aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales productivity.QualificationsGraduate/MBA with 12–18 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry.Proven track record of retail and digital sales leadership with consistent achievement of AUM targets.Prior experience in managing large sales teams and multi-channel distribution.Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate large teams.Performance-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver on aggressive sales targets.Analytical and data-driven approach to monitor sales performance and improve business outcomes.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Hands-on experience in managing digital sales, fintech collaborations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience in developing innovative sales strategies.Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.```
