Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployments using CI/CD tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to functionality and integrations.

  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Familiarity with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits.

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Working knowledge of Git, VS Code, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins).

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or App Builder certification.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader or Workbench.

  • Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
