We are looking for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to start their career in Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of CRM concepts, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn Salesforce administration, development, and related technologies. You will be trained and mentored by senior Salesforce professionals and work on real-time projects to build a strong foundation in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in Salesforce Administration tasks such as user management, profiles, roles, page layouts, and data management.
  • Support in Salesforce Development activities like creating fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic customizations.
  • Participate in the configuration of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) under guidance.
  • Work with the project team to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and data quality checks.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
  • Assist in creating training materials and user documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and cloud computing concepts.
  • Good understanding of programming fundamentals (Apex/Java/C#/Python is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and build a career in Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder Certification (or willingness to pursue).
  • Exposure to SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or any programming language.
  • Internship or academic project experience with Salesforce or CRM tools.
