We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline sales processes, improve quoting accuracy, and enhance overall business efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business process knowledge, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration

  • Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows.

  • Customize Salesforce CPQ objects, fields, page layouts, and record types as per business needs.
  • Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud) and third-party systems (ERP, billing, CLM tools).

  • Process Optimization

  • Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to understand quoting, pricing, and approval requirements.

  • Streamline sales processes by automating manual tasks, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, and reducing quote-to-cash cycle time.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate product catalogs, pricing, and discount structures.

  • Support & Maintenance

  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training/documentation to enhance adoption.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ releases and implement new features where relevant.

  • Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver scalable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, implementation, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and declarative configuration.
  • Experience with Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Discounting, Bundles, and Quote Templates.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security, and integration best practices.
  • Proficiency in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering enhancements in an agile environment.
