We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 0-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to support business needs. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and administrators to ensure seamless Salesforce integration and functionality.

As a Salesforce Developer (Fresher), you will be trained and mentored to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications. You will work with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL for Salesforce applications.
  • Assist in customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Salesforce applications.
  • Work on integrations using APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements.

  • Configure Salesforce using flows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with flows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
