Job Title: Manager – Administration
Location: Sardhana Branch
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall branch administration, facilities, and office management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory of office supplies.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and support HR in documentation.
- Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure, IT systems, and security.
- Support management in budgeting, MIS reporting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Resolve administrative issues and provide timely support to staff and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field .
- 0–3 years of experience in administration/operations management (automobile or service industry preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP/HRMS systems.
