Key Responsibilities

  • Staff and Office Management: Supervise administrative staff, manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Process & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage administrative budgets, monitor expenses, and coordinate with accounting departments on financial matters.
  • Facilities & Logistics: Oversee the upkeep of office facilities, manage maintenance activities, and handle logistics for the office and travel.
  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the administrative department and other departments, as well as external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per year
