Cyber Security Expert (10+ Years Experience)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Cyber Security Expert with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in protecting digital assets, managing threats, and implementing advanced security solutions. This role requires a proactive leader capable of designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our organization against evolving risks.

Department: Information Security
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Maharashtra
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles, including both strategic and technical domains. Hands-on experience with cloud security, threat management, and vulnerability assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategies
Formulate and execute policies to protect organizational systems, networks, and data.
Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Threat Monitoring and Incident Management
Monitor cybersecurity threats and lead incident response efforts.
Analyse breaches, oversee recovery efforts, and deliver post-incident recommendations.
Infrastructure Security
Strengthen the security of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
Ensure proper configuration of security tools, including firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection systems.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Prepare for and lead external and internal security audits.
Data Protection
Implement robust encryption protocols and data loss prevention solutions.
Safeguard sensitive data during transfer, processing, and storage.
Security Awareness and Training
Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for employees.
Foster a culture of cybersecurity throughout the organization.
Technology Management
Evaluate and deploy cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and technologies.
Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
Leadership and Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior security team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into daily operations.
Candidate Requirements:
Certifications (Preferred):
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
Skills and Expertise:
Strong knowledge of network and application security.
Expertise in managing cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and IDS/IPS.
Proficiency in securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Advanced understanding of threat intelligence, forensics, and incident response.
Behavioural Attributes:
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
