What You'll Do:

We are looking for a smart, hands-on Digital Campaign Associate with 1-2 years of experience in managing outreach through channels like IVR, DTMF IVR, SMS, WhatsApp, and similar platforms. You will help create and manage digital campaigns to improve customer engagement and recovery rates, with a strong focus on compliance and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in setting up and launching campaigns across VBOT, IVR (including DTMF), SMS, and WhatsApp.

  • Monitor delivery, response, and engagement metrics in real time.

Content Testing & Optimization

  • Support A/B testing of messages and flows to improve recovery performance.

  • Coordinate content creation and revisions based on performance data.

Performance Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, recovery conversion, and engagement trends.

  • Share daily/weekly reports and insights with the team for campaign optimization.

  • Compliance & Platform Guidelines

  • Ensure all campaigns meet DLT registration requirements and follow Meta and RBI guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Tech, and Legal teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution.

  • Liaise with vendors or service providers (if any) involved in digital communication platforms.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • 1–2 years in digital marketing, campaign execution, or customer engagement, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or telecom.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp campaign tools.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign dashboards.

  • Knowledge of DLT and RBI compliance is a strong plus.

Mindset:

  • Strong attention to detail and data.

  • Quick learner and team player who can work in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
