Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Real Estate Location: Narsingi / Kokapet, Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Salary: As per Industry Standards Company: E-Infra ✨ Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong expertise in real estate sales , client handling, and property closing. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled in managing premium clients and site visits. Key Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Handle incoming leads from various sources and convert them into successful sales. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits. Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to achieve closures. Client Relationship Management Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Provide a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the sales cycle. Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records. Market Research & Coordination Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and inventory. Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Admin, Marketing) for smooth sales operations. Support documentation and registration processes as required. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience is mandatory. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle client meetings and site visits independently. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
