Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the interior design sector. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and leads. • Suggest suitable interior solutions based on customer needs. • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer client questions clearly. • Follow up consistently with potential and existing clients. • Schedule client meetings, presentations, and site visits. • Guide leads throughout the complete sales pipeline. • Monitor sales progress, follow-up status, and opportunities inside CRM. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. • Participate in team meetings, discussions, and training programs. • Update CRM with accurate client details and track all interactions. • Support the sales team with daily tasks and coordination work. • Conduct basic market research to understand trends in interior design. • Share suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
