We're now looking to expand our commercial team with a Senior Sales Executive who understands the ESG & Sustainability landscape and is eager to help us scale impact.What you’ll do:As a Senior Executive – Sales, you’ll work at the intersection of business development and sustainability. Your core responsibility is to build and qualify a strong lead pipeline while working closely with both channel partners and enterprise clients.Research and generate leads in the ESG / Sustainability space — across national and international marketsFilter and qualify leads before handing them off to the broader sales and solutions teamCoordinate with channel partners to drive joint outreach and lead developmentEngage directly with corporate clients in early-stage conversations and follow-upsMaintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment across functionsWhat makes you a fit:1–2 years of experience in sales or business development in the ESG / Sustainability domainStrong research and lead-generation skills; comfortable working across multiple marketsExperience coordinating with partners and engaging B2B clientsExcellent written and verbal communicationHighly organized, self-driven, and proactiveBonus: Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, ESG reporting, etc.)For additional info, reach out to hr@newtral.io.
