are aggressively growing our Retail Credit Cards and Personal loans Business and actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with specialized expertise in open market sales to play a key role in our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Conduct 100% recruitment and regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques and market awareness, which would be efficient in hiring Tele callers, Sales Executives, Team Leaders.
Efficiently Managing Data and MIS for Streamlined information and Effective reporting.
Responsible to Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Credit Card & Personal Loans Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Sales Strategy Development
Responsible for Securing credit card and personal loans sales business involves attracting clients for credit card and personal loans services, both from within the organization and through external markets, employing a variety of available channels and methods.
Participating in credit card and personal loans promotion includes presenting credit card and personal loan options to the existing customers of the Zaggle within the respective department. Additionally, this entails reaching out to a broader audience through activities such as open market visitation, corporate visits, and tele-sales.
Generating leads and completing customer acquisition involves utilizing tele-calling, e-mailing, and direct mailing strategies. Additionally, it includes leveraging opportunities from walk-ins wherever feasible through Corporate Desk or while completing KYC process.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for open market credit card and personal loan sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Target Achievement
Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring consistent performance and results.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Relationship Building
Foster collaboration with Key stakeholders, including clients, partners sales, operations, and other backend and internal teams to enhance operational efficiencies and overall effectiveness.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Market Analysis and Insight
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting credit card sales.
Provide strategic insights to senior management based on market analysis.
Documentation and Compliance
Ensure the team adheres to legal and regulatory guidelines in all credit card sales processes.
Verifying eligibility and providing comprehensive information on features and pricing are essential steps for prompting the selection of applications, whether physical submission or digital channels.
Oversee accurate and complete documentation for credit card applications.
Responsible to ensure the activation of cards.
Ensuring the appropriate card is matched with the suitable client, accompanied by a thorough explanation of features and offers during the sales process, is instrumental in ensuring card activation aligns with product specifications within three months of card issuance.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (master's degree will be an advantage).
Must Have’s
Proven track record in credit card sales and personal loan sales, with circa 6 years of experience.
Previous experience of a managerial role within the financial sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
