We are looking for a
dynamic Marketing & Communication Manager
to lead our branding and communication strategy. If you are passionate about
digital marketing, thought leadership, campaigns, and creative storytelling
, this role is for you.

Location:
Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience:
5+ years

Role expectation-

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns
    – Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid ads, social media) to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Branding & Thought Leadership
    – Strengthen Expertlancing's brand identity and create impactful thought leadership content like whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
  • Content & Social Media
    – Oversee content creation (blogs, newsletters, press releases) and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Internal & External Communication
    – Drive PR, media relations, and clear internal communication that aligns employees with business goals.
  • Creativity & Innovation
    – Bring bold, fresh campaign ideas that resonate with our audience and set us apart.

We're looking for :

  • 5 or more years of proven experience in
    marketing & communication
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    digital marketing, branding, content marketing, campaign management, and social media.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking
    skills.
  • Strategic yet execution-driven mindset.
