About the Role : Looking for candidates with good CXO, CFO connects in B2B segment from the insurance setup. Someone who can open doors to large corporates.

Location : Mumbai/ Pune / Delhi

Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development : Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate sector through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proposal and Quote Preparation : Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Negotiation and Underwriting : Negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best possible policies for clients.
  • Compliance : Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Market Knowledge : Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaboration : Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., operations, underwriting) to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Graduate, MBA (preferred).

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience from the Insurance broking industry only.
  • Experiences in connecting with top-level management or decision makers of large corporates.
  • Generating revenue individually and with the team.
  • Team handling experience.
  • Product Knowledge - Non-Employee benefits (Non EB).
