Designation : Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive campus talent strategy to meet the hiring needs of the organization Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed Partner with leadership to understand the company's strategic goals and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly Oversee the full campus process lifecycle, from pre-placement and assessments to interviews and making hiring decisions Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice Utilize data and metrics to analyze hiring trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early careers, and continuously innovate our recruitment processes Manage relationships with external stakeholders (institutions, finishing schools), vendors, and other partners as needed Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities

Desired skills & experience:

6+ years of experience in campus hiring Knowledge of early career hiring best practices and industry trends Experience of managing a team of recruiters Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel for campus processes and other events

Education Qualification: Masters’ in Human Resources
