Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment

Source, screen, and schedule candidates to identify the best talent for the organization from various resources

Manage Employee Life Cycle:

Oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding

Leading HR Operational Processes:

Streamline and optimize HR operational processes to enhance efficiency

Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

Formulating Policies and Compliance:

Formulate, review, and update HR policies in alignment with organizational goals

Employee Engagement and Relations:

Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and feedback mechanisms

Address and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a healthy workplace culture

Payroll Management:

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement

Collaborate with Accounts department to ensure seamless payroll operations

Learning and Development:

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Facilitate and coordinate employee development initiatives

Social Media Presence:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the organization's brand

Engage in online employer branding to attract top talent
