  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in consultancy, staffing, or recruitment firms.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
