Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and website ranking.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow community engagement.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in campaigns.
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep the company ahead digitally.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns for ROI and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing.
