Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Across UP. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations and achieving targets in the designated area. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, developing sales strategies, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires reporting on sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and providing training and support to sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development and Sales Operations Management skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the consumer electronics & LED TV industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
