Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer

Collaborate with R&D teams to understand drone and product specifications and ensure smooth technical integration.

Act as a Drone Pilot for product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and training sessions.

Provide technical training to partners, dealers, and institutional clients.

Offer pre-sales technical support, including conducting live drone demonstrations and preparing technical proposals.

Handle tender-related technical coordination and ensure compliance with required specifications.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical documentation and bid-related inputs.

Manage service center operations, troubleshoot drone and technical issues, and handle escalations.

Support partners and dealers with drone operations, feature training, and enablement activities.

Liaise with stakeholders and government bodies wherever required for technical clearances or vendor approvals.

Assist in tracking tenders, preparing datasheets, and ensuring timely submission of compliance documents.

Maintain strong customer and partner relationships to drive drone adoption and enhance satisfaction.

Preferred Profile:

Hands-on experience in drone piloting, UAV integration, or aerial mapping.

Strong knowledge of wireless communication, UAV systems, IoT, embedded systems, electronics, or networking.

Excellent coordination, presentation, and product demo skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for partner training, demos, and technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
