We are looking for an experienced and driven Performance Marketing Head to lead our team of Digital Advertisement Executives. As a Performance Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Digital Advertisement Executives, ensuring their success in optimizing campaign performance and achieving campaign goals.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on performance marketing and managing teams- Proven track record of successfully managing digital advertising campaigns with measurable results- Expertise in using advertising platforms such as Meta ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing- Manage a team of Digital Advertisement Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their success in optimizing campaign performance and achieving campaign goals- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and overall marketing objectives- Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase performance and ROI- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices, and incorporate them into campaign strategies- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends- Provide regular reports on team performance and campaign performance to upper management and clients- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending is optimized for maximum ROI- Work closely with the creative team to develop and produce creative assets for campaigns

Work Week - Mon to Friday

Working hours - 10:30 am - 7:00pm
