Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Architect with expertise in Zuora integration to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with a strong focus on Zuora integration for subscription management.

The primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions integrated with Zuora, ensuring seamless subscription management and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Architecture :

- Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions integrated with Zuora for subscription management and billing processes.

- Define system architecture, data model, and integration patterns based on business requirements and best practices.

Zuora Integration :

- Implement Zuora integration with Salesforce for seamless synchronization of subscription data, including but not limited to:

- Account and subscription creation

- Subscription amendments and renewals

- Billing and invoicing processes

- Configure Zuora settings and mappings to ensure accurate data synchronization between Salesforce and Zuora.

Custom Development :

- Develop custom Salesforce functionalities and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Zuora APIs.

- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and process automation to support subscription management workflows.

Governance and Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance policies, security controls, and best practices in solution design and development.

- Implement data security and access controls to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce-Zuora integrations.

- Conduct integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of the solution.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

- Document solution architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders on Salesforce-Zuora integration best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with specific expertise in Zuora integration.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.


- Hands-on experience with Zuora integration, including Zuora APIs, Data Model, and Zuora Connect.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governance principles.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect are a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
