Over the next few years, we plan to complete hundreds of acquisitions and scale beyond £100m in annual revenue. We’re now hiring a Head of Digital Growth - someone who can operate at speed, take ownership, and build the systems that let us scale. The Role You’ll lead digital growth across our SaaS platform, national marketplace, affiliate programme, and acquisition sourcing. You’ll design and deliver growth plans, run campaigns end-to-end, and ensure every initiative is executed accurately, tracked properly, and reported clearly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You should enjoy moving quickly from idea to execution and building processes that make growth repeatable. Key Responsibilities Growth and Marketing • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels • Manage customer and provider acquisition, improving CAC, conversion, and retention • Build and refine funnels, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing • Set up creative testing frameworks that balance experimentation with ROI Affiliate and Partner Growth • Manage and expand our affiliate and referral programmes • Build systems to onboard, track, and reward affiliates • Automate performance reporting • Drive customer and provider acquisition through partners AI and Automation • Use AI tools to automate reporting, creative production, and campaign workflows • Work with tools like n8n, Zapier, and ChatGPT to streamline tasks • Explore new AI applications to improve quality, consistency, and speed Reporting and Accountability • Build dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems across regions and business units • Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance updates • Analyse trends and recommend improvements backed by data Execution and Collaboration • Run multiple growth projects at the same time with clear ownership • Work closely with product, operations, and acquisitions teams • Manage freelancers or agencies for creative and paid media • Create processes that let us roll out marketing across new locations and acquired businesses What We’re Looking For • 6–10 years in digital or performance marketing • Proven ability to lead and deliver growth initiatives independently • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and automation • Confident working with data, dashboards, and structured reporting • Comfortable using AI and automation tools • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive • UK-based, fully remote, and confident working with high accountability What You’ll Get • ₹42,00,000 to ₹75,00,000 • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance bonus tied to growth KPIs • Potential equity and long-term incentives • Remote working with occasional in-person workshops • The chance to build the growth engine of a national brand Why Join Us Tidal is scaling quickly, combining technology, acquisitions, and modern marketing to build something big.
