Business Development & PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and accrediting bodies to offer online courses across undergraduate and post graduate degree and other accredited offerings.Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions to expand the portfolio of degree offerings (bachelor’s, master’s, etc.).Drive business development efforts to establish corporate partnerships for sponsored university /degree programs or workforce upskilling initiatives.Explore new market opportunities, both domestic and international, for degree program expansion.Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements across different regions

Marketing & Student AcquisitionDevelop and execute marketing and student acquisition strategies to drive enrollment growth and brand awareness.Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and performance advertising to attract prospective students.Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective students across different demographics.Monitor and analyses market trends and student behavior to refine outreach and messaging strategies.Build and enhance the company’s brand presence as a leader in the online higher education space.5. Operational EfficiencyOversee the operational aspects of the business, including admissions, finance, IT, and student support services.Implement efficient processes to ensure scalability and sustainability of operations as the business grows.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve profitability and cost optimization goals.Ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards for online education providers.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall student journey, from enrollment to graduation.6.
