We are looking for a *Manager – Agency Strategy* to design and drive strategic initiative in Agency channel.The role will focus on enabling business growth, strengthening distribution capabilities, and building sustainable performance models across region.

Location - Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for agency growth and productivity.

Drive recruitment, activation, and retention of Life Mitras.

Partner with Area and branch leadership to implement business campaigns.

Use data analytics to track performance, identify gaps, and suggest interventions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training, HR, Operations, Marketing) to enable sales force effectiveness.

Conduct reviews and share insights to support decision making.

What We're Looking For

MBA/Graduate with 5–10 years' experience in Sales / Strategy / Distribution (preferably in Life Insurance or Financial Services).

Strong analytical and planning skills with execution excellence.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

Strong Command on Excel & Powerpoint ,Power BI , Automation & AI uses

Ability to work with diverse teams and drive results through influence.
