To be successful in this role, you should have
Reduction in time to resolve incoming incidentsManaging volume and reducing backlogAbility to manage in a fast paced environmentGood data entry skillsStrong ability to communicate at all levels of a multi-national enterpriseAble to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlinesPrior exposure of working with overseas clientsManage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet/exceed deadlines and goalsAbove Average excel skillsProfessional, effective, and persuasive (convincing) communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products such as Gmail, Google Sheets, and shared drivesStrong customer focus and customer service skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAccounting knowledge and JDE/Oracle experience preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel such as V looks ups, pivot tables, etc.Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an assetAttention/Commitment to time frames and deadline.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workAccountable for personal results and teamwork
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 4 years of experience in Canada PayrollKnowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an assetBasic excel and reporting
