We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist/Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations at Gamlaa. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of hands-on experience with Keka Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Responsibilities include managing the full payroll cycle, statutory compliance, employee data, and payroll reporting. The specialist will resolve discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with HR and Finance for smooth operations. Additionally, they will stay updated on regulatory changes and drive process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

● End-to-End Payroll Management-Oversee the complete payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

● Keka Payroll Expertise-Utilize Keka payroll system to manage employee records, process payroll, generate reports, and ensure compliance.

● Compliance & Statutory Deductions-Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations (PF, ESI, TDS, Income Tax, etc and managing all payroll-related statutory filings and documentation.

● Payroll Reporting & Analytics-Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports & analyzing payroll data for insights and ensure budget adherence.

● Coordination-Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. ● Audit & Compliance Reviews-Conduct internal payroll audits and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.

● Process Improvement-Identify areas for process improvements in payroll procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.


Key Qualifications:

● Experience: 5-6 years of payroll management experience.

● Keka Payroll Expertise: Minimum 18 months of recent experience using Keka Payroll (mandatory).

● Compliance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, and TDS.

● Analytical Skills: Proficient in generating and analyzing payroll reports.

● Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee data with integrity.
